Shipping & Delivery

At Sleep Coach, transparency and fairness come first. Shipping costs are real – carriers do not deliver for free. That’s why we only charge a small contribution to the actual costs. The more you order, the lower your shipping fee.

Shipping Costs Germany 

All orders are processed through Xenor Logistics in the Netherlands and shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and PostNL. 

Delivery 

• Small items: Shipped as letterbox packages – no need to be at home.

• Larger items: Shipped as parcels. You will always receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched.

• Missed delivery? The courier will try again or deliver your parcel to a nearby pick-up point.

Delivery Time 

• Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM: shipped the same day.

• Delivery within Germany: usually 2–4 working days.

• Out of stock? We will keep you updated via email and ship as soon as the item is available again.

Payment & Processing 

Your order will be processed once payment has been received: 

• iDEAL and most online payment methods: confirmed instantly.

• Bank transfer: processing time 1–2 working days.
