At Sleep Coach, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find clear information about your statutory right of withdrawal, our return policy, and the exchange process.

Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days Cooling-Off Period

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

• To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

• After declaring your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

• You will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs.

• The costs of return shipping must be borne by you, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exception: Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured specifically according to your specifications (e.g. dental impressions) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once payment has been completed, the purchase is binding.

Exchange Policy

It is possible to exchange a product for another, provided that our return and exchange conditions are met.

• Exchanges can only be accepted if the goods are returned complete, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are only possible after prior agreement with Sleep Coach.

• All returns must include the return form and a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

• The goods must be returned complete, undamaged, and in suitable packaging.

• If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to test it, we reserve the right to deduct a value reduction from your refund.

Important: Returns without the completed return form cannot be processed.
