Warranty
At Sleep Coach, we care deeply about the quality of our products. If an item is damaged during transport or shows a defect, your statutory warranty rights apply under EU consumer law.
You are required to notify us of any defect within two months after discovery.
If the defect falls within the warranty, you are entitled to free repair or replacement of the product.
If repair or replacement is impossible or unreasonable, you have the right to request a price reduction or to cancel the contract.
